Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all website design, SEO, digital advertising, and consulting services provided by Hawk Media to commercial clients across Canada.
1. Project Scopes & Deliverables
All client engagements are defined by a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) detailing specific milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules. Any additional functionality requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted as a separate change order.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of full and final payment for the project, the client receives 100% full ownership of all custom design assets, frontend code, content layouts, and website configurations created specifically for their engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, copywriting feedback, high-resolution imagery, and access credentials in a timely manner to maintain project delivery milestones.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
